​Dress Code (for participating students):

​Girls: Traditional attire (Lehenga ).

​Dandiya Sticks: Participating students must bring their own pair of Dandiya sticks from home. Please ensure the sticks are clearly labeled with the student’s name, class, and section to avoid misplacement.

It has come to our attention that some students are signing their daily admit card progress records themselves instead of obtaining a parent's or guardian's signature. We urgently request you to check your child's admit card on a daily basis and sign it carefully, as this serves as the primary communication channel between the invigilator and you during the examination period.

Please note the following important instructions detailed on the back of every admit card:

The invigilator writes comments and signs after each exam.

Parents or guardians must review and sign the admit card at home.

You may add a note in the "Parent's Comment" section if needed, or simply leave it blank/mark it with an "X".
This sheet must be signed daily by both the invigilator and the parent/guardian.
Without these signatures, the student may not be allowed to sit in the next exam.

Your signature confirms that the student attended the exam regularly and reached home safely and on time.

Subject: Notice Regarding "Har Ghar Tiranga" Campaign Procession and Ceremony

This is to inform all students and parents that in connection with the official administrative notification regarding the "Har Ghar Tiranga" campaign from the Sub-Divisional Office, Rosera, our school has decided to participate in the upcoming event.

Please note the following important details regarding the schedule and arrangements:

Date & Time: Tomorrow (12-08-2026) at 10:00 AM.
Starting Point: Rosera Stadium (Our school bus will drop students at the venue).
Conclusion Point: Gandhi Chowk (Following the malyarpan / garlanding ceremony, our school bus will receive all students).
Participating Classes: The school has decided to send senior classes for this event. The rest of the students will have normal classes.
Participant Selection: The selection of students will be solely decided by the school.
Staff Supervision: 5 to 6 school staff members will accompany and guide the students throughout the procession.
Refreshments: Small refreshments at the beginning and end of the ceremony will be arranged by the school.
Medical / Health Advisory: We request that if any student is medically unfit, parents must provide a written consent letter stating that the student should not participate.

Subject: Submission of Documents for UDISE Entry (Class I Students)

Dear Parents/Guardians,

This is to inform you that the UDISE (Unified District Information System for Education) data entry process for Class I students is currently underway.

As per the requirements of the Education Department, UDISE registration is mandatory for every student to maintain academic records and track educational progress.

Therefore, all parents/guardians are requested to submit the following self-attested photocopies at the school office at the earliest:

1 Birth Certificate of the student
2 Aadhaar Card of the student

The photocopies must be self-attested by the parent/guardian before submission.

Please note that failure to submit the required documents may result in the student's UDISE entry remaining incomplete. In such cases, the school shall not be held responsible for any future difficulties arising from non-registration or incomplete registration in the UDISE system.

Subject: UDISE Entry for Class 1 Students

Dear Parents/Students,

This is to inform you that UDISE entry for Class 1 has now started. After completing the UDISE entry, a PEN (Permanent Education Number) will be generated for each student. Based on the PEN number, an APPAR ID will be issued. Obtaining the APPAR ID has now been made compulsory as per CBSE as well as Government guidelines.

For UDISE entry, you are requested to submit the following documents:

1. Birth Certificate (Photocopy)
2. Aadhar Card (Photocopy)

Important: The Name and Date of Birth of the student must be the same on both documents.

If any of these documents were not submitted during admission, kindly submit them urgently to the school office to avoid any delay or future difficulties in generating the PEN and APPAR ID.
